In order to provide our customers with high-quality, satisfactory, and responsive services, JEWELRYISLAND currently ships to most countries, including most countries in Europe, North America, Mexico, Australia, and many countries in the Middle East region. If the shipping option cannot be selected at checkout, it is likely that shipping to this area is not supported at present. Please contact our customer service for assistance, and our customer service representatives will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
The order processing time is usually 1 to 3 business days. During holiday periods or promotional seasons, the order processing time may be extended by 1 to 2 days, and the delivery time may also be longer.

Customers can enjoy free standard shipping service when the order amount exceeds US$130 / CA$175 / €120 / AU$200.

 

  • Please note that at checkout, we will determine whether you are eligible for free standard shipping or free express shipping based on the total amount of your order. The calculation of free shipping does not include shipping insurance fees and other additional charges.

Easy Returns & Exchanges Guarantee

Return and Exchange Period: Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of order.

Return and Exchange Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, free from any damage, scratches, or signs of use.

Exclusions: Made-to-order products are custom-made and therefore cannot be returned. However, exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Step 1: Obtain the Return Address
Please first contact us via email at jewelryislandservice@gmail.com. Upon receiving your email, we will promptly provide you with the detailed return address.

Step 2: Package the Item and Include Information
Please safely and securely package the item to be returned. Ensure that all items remain in their original condition, with no signs of human-induced damage (please note: gemstone breakage due to impact is considered human-induced damage), and with labels intact. Additionally, please include your order information inside the package for our quick identification and processing.

Step 3: Choose a Shipping Carrier and Notify Us After Shipping
We do not provide prepaid return labels, and the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. You may freely choose any trusted carrier to ship the package back. After shipping, please send us a photo of the shipping receipt. This will help us track your return and ensure the process proceeds smoothly.

Step 4: Await Refund Processing
Once the package arrives at our warehouse, it typically takes 7 business days (in rare cases, it may take up to 14 business days) to process your return request. During this period, our warehouse staff will verify and account for all items you have sent back.

After receiving confirmation from the warehouse, we will contact you via email to confirm that your return has been received and to finalize the subsequent steps.

Note:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. If the returned item is broken or defective, only a partial refund can be issued. Please note that taxes, duties, and shipping costs for all countries are non-refundable.
