In order to provide our customers with high-quality, satisfactory, and responsive services, JEWELRYISLAND currently ships to most countries, including most countries in Europe, North America, Mexico, Australia, and many countries in the Middle East region. If the shipping option cannot be selected at checkout, it is likely that shipping to this area is not supported at present. Please contact our customer service for assistance, and our customer service representatives will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
The order processing time is usually 1 to 3 business days. During holiday periods or promotional seasons, the order processing time may be extended by 1 to 2 days, and the delivery time may also be longer.

Customers can enjoy free standard shipping service when the order amount exceeds US$130 / CA$175 / €120 / AU$200.

 

  • Please note that at checkout, we will determine whether you are eligible for free standard shipping or free express shipping based on the total amount of your order. The calculation of free shipping does not include shipping insurance fees and other additional charges.

  • Return and Exchange Period: Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Return and Exchange Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, with the original tags intact, free from any damage, scratches, or signs of use.
  • Exclusions: Products on promotion, clearance, or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. However, exchanges may be considered on a case - by - case basis.

Jewelry Island Return Process

STEP 1: Obtain Return Address: Please contact us via email at jewelryislandservice@gmail.com first. Once we receive your email, we will promptly provide you with the detailed return address.

STEP 2: Package Items and Include Information: Package the items to be returned safely and properly. Ensure that all items are in their original condition, without any signs of human - induced damage, and with the labels intact. Meanwhile, please include your order information inside the package for our quick identification and processing.

STEP 3: Select a Shipping Company and Notify Shipment: We do not provide prepaid return labels, and the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. You are free to choose any carrier you trust to return the package. After completing the shipment, please send us a photo of the shipping receipt. This will help us track your return and ensure the smooth progress of the entire process.

STEP 4: Await Refund Processing:

Once your package has arrived at our facility it will normally take 7 days (in rare cases it can take up to 14 days) for us to process your request. During this period our warehouse staff will verify and account for everything you have sent us.

Once we receive confirmation from our warehouse, we’ll contact you via email to confirm that your return has been received and to finalize the process.  

Note: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you return a broken or defective item, only a partial refund can be made. Please note that for all countries taxes, duties and shipping costs are non-refundable
